where is that one special, silken soul?
Been there, done that, mature, humorous, romantic, did I say humorous? I've had so many people tell me what a catch I am; how any woman would be lucky to have me; how I could have any woman I want...egads...it's enough to make me retch. Oh, and the old standard "That perfect woman for you is out there..." Sure she is, the only problem is that she's not looking for me. It seems women these days look for bad boys...who eventually either turn into good boys (not men) or bad men. They then repeat the cycle until disgusted. If you're looking for a bad boy, move on...not me. Others are looking for Knights in Shining Armor. Ladies, the reason the armor is shiny is because it hasn't been used. They have skirted the tribulations and battles of life, never engaging it fully. My armor is stained, battered, scarred and repaired. I wear it proudly, because is has served me well. I can still laugh at all of it.
Exploring her sensuality, unafraid, able to laugh at life, happy with herself...a woman who is sensible and calm enough to understand that when the cake falls, it becomes brownies; if the car gets dented, it did its job by protecting those inside; that when night falls, it just means the sun will rise tomorrow. Am I asking too much? It seems so, lately. Don't be shy, don't wait too long.
