Imagine this...
I am very passionate about my family, career and future. My schedule limits my leisure time to weekends, in which you might catch me shirtless in my jeans hiking up a dewy mountainside with my friends or slipping along a dance floor in my Adam Derricks at some charity function. Few things, however, give me more pleasure than to take time off from work to prepare one of my favorite dishes: wild pacific salmon in butter and capers and serving it up with a rich pinot for a few intimate friends.
