Born in raised in Redondo Beach, I’ve been in professional racing for 15 years, mainly open wheel indycar type stuff. I’ve done everything in the business there is except drive, most of those guys have a bit of a screw loose. I started sweeping floors, I’ve wrenched, engineered, managed, done computer analysis and even owned and operated my own team. Job market sucks right now so I’ve regressed 10 years and I’m back to being a lead mechanic. It’s interesting at 34 I’m the cagy war torn veteran amongst a bunch of 22 year olds. But he I get to do what I love, I get to travel & somehow continue to earn respect amongst my peers. I also maintain my motorsports management consulting business.My life tends to be so fast paced between the racing and the fact I rarely find myself sitting still, that I truly appreciate the quiet moments, the company of good friends, a great glass of wine, and the company of a engaging woman.
